Our workshops are based on the 6 innovation principles of:

In the first phase, Exploration, we not only provide an incisive trend and environmental analysis, but we indulge in immersions, in and around the operating environment, allowing our participants to explore their famiiar world in a different way.
Ideation usually occurs in a controlled workshop space and follows established and hybrid methodologies to bring out the best of our participants - based on skills, expertise, and ideation capability.
The Design, Prototyping and Testing phases occur on paper, in digital wireframes, in models - depending on the need / business problem.
The Business Case is developed by participants to be integrated within internal organisational processes.
The workshops last 2 to 3 days...or more extensively for "real" prototyping or incubation
