SETTING YOUR GOALS.

What do you really want to get out of this session?

And not just this session. But next week. And the week after. DO YOU HAVE A VISION FOR 2019? The essence of exercise success is vision and purpose. And by that we mean doing what's right for you. And your body. Slowly and purposefully. And without strain.

LET'S GET STELLARISED. IN 10 MINUTES.

I have clear goals as a Pilates instructor. To make my clients strong, long and pain free.

Slow, 'mindful' Pilates exercises give us a deeper mind-body connection, empowering us with a better understanding of our body mechanics. We become more aware of how to activate the correct muscles for joint stability, perfect posture and alignment, including better balance. Improved flexibility increases range of motion, and breath control helps with endurance and fitness levels.

Do my goals to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, in order to make you injury and pain free, match yours?

Begin to train with intention. Don't be vague about what you would like to achieve. Become aware of your strengths and weaknesses and write down a clear plan of action for your health and fitness goals.

A. HEALTH          1. Nutrition/weight control

                               2. Water intake

                               3. Sleep

                               4. Supplements

                               5. Emotions

                               6. Rest and meditation

B. EXERCISE        1. Alignment and postural awareness

                               2. Breath control

                               3. Core muscle control

                               4. Flexibility

                               5. Endurance

                               6. Understanding body mechanics

Writing down your goals will help motivate you to achieve glowing health and a pain free life. Success doesn't come through wishful thinking. We only have one body, be grateful for it. Work on overcoming its weaknesses and improving its strengths. Fine- tune your body and mind for greater fitness and health.

Decide to make this year / this month / this week / today your healthiest, fittest ever.
